THE SYSTEM

We build aluminium doors and windows with DOMAL® Aluminium System Profiles and use exclusively CLIMALIT® insulation glass (Saint-Gobain-Glass). These components are delivered by leading worldwide companies in this sector, which guarantee us steady quality of the products.

Our products are especially designed to meet the specific climatic conditions of the Algarve, being very dry with high temperatures in the summer months and extremely humid in the winter months, thus creating a need for special features in doors and windows.

• Longevity – in countries with extreme changes in temperature, aluminium windows offer ideal conditions of corrosion and light resistance and easy maintenance.

• Energysavings – the installed “thermo bridge” made out of polyamide (a material with a very low thermic conductive factor), which divides the inner from the outer profile, provides the ideal warmth and heat insulation, saves energy and also considers environmental aspects.

• Increased comfort – the high thermic and acoustic insulation properties of the profiles contribute to a very good noise protection and a pleasant indoor climate.

• Assured Security – the combination of material strength and high quality fittings with a multiple locking system guarantees high security standards.

• Design flexibility – various combinations of design forms and colours are available. Nowadays, modern architecture demands design, transparency and light, whose requirements can be fulfilled due to form and material of aluminium windows. Powder coating finishing allows nearly unlimited colour variations (bicolour, wood imitation, matt finishing etc.) to customise windows to your needs and wishes.

We exclusively use insulation glass from the registered brand CLIMALIT®, produced from one of the worldwide leading glass manufacturers - Saint-Gobain-Glass. This guarantees us continuous product development and steady quality specifications.

SGG CLIMALIT glass consists of at least 2 or more glasses separated by a profile, thereby forming an air or gas cavity (can be filled with SF6 Argon or Krypton). The use of this special thermo glass, with a very fine and transparent metallic coat, allows a significant increase of thermic and/or radiation insulating qualities. Beside that, the use of a minimum 4mm glass on the interior and exterior guarantees good sound protection.

Due to the flexible module building principal, thermic, acoustic and security requirements of the glass can be adapted to your individual needs.

Combination of different types of insulation glass:

In general, it is possible to reduce energy costs by up to 70% in cooling and heating by combining the available glass qualities and the air cavity fillings.

A standard insulation glass with good insulation properties

CLIMALIT PLANITHERM S
A special low-emissive glass (LOW-E) used to reduce heat loss from domestic housing and other buildings. This glass has a metallic coat of one or more components to substantially improve thermic insulation qualities.

CLIMALIT COOL-LITE K1.3 PLANITHERM S with Argon gas
By combining the thermo glass with an Argon gas cavity, acoustic and thermic insulation quality is improved.

CLIMALIT K1.3 with STADIP PLANITHERM S with Argon gas
The security glass Stadip consist of 2 glasses bonded together with a PVC foil, guaranteeing high security standards.

CLIMALIT Acoustic with gas 75% SF6 + 25% Argon gas
The ultimate insulation glass for acoustic protection. The air cavity contains a mixed filling of Argon and SF6, thus offering the best possible solution for thermal insulation and noise protection.

DOMAL® aluminium profiles offer a 5-year product warranty and the CLIMALIT® insulated glass has a 10-year product guarantee.
